We highly recommend you aim to drop your cat/s off the day BEFORE you are headed away on your trip for a number of reasons, most importantly, so that neither your nor the cats feel rushed and panicked that flights etc will be missed. Keep your cat inside the night before you are coming out, so they don't endeavour to play hide and seek at that time when you are trying to get the car loaded.
We are eager to see you and your cats arrive safely. We recommend that cats travel by crate. You will need to bring your cat into the facility in a crate, no exceptions please.
If you want us to pick up your cat/s
We do offer a fantastic pick up service around the region. Pick up starts from $25 from Bendigo, $60 from Echuca, $20 from Heathcote/Elmore, and $100 from Melbourne (Essendon airport).
Our van is fully airconditioned and set up specifically to transport animals. We can also supply the cat's crate if you don't have one. (just let us know this in advance)

From Bendigo
Take the Heathcote road. Just after Axedale is the quarry, turn left after than on the Axedale-Toolleen Road. After 3 mins you will hit the "dog leg" where the road appears to end. Take the immediate left, and then immediate right, and you are back on Toolleen Axedale Road. Drive another 7 mins, and you will travel through some beautiful country as you head towards our gorgeous property. About 1.5kms before you get to the Northern Highway, you will see the edge of the Crosbie Reserve. There is a private road on the right, and Toolleen Country Retreat is an easy 600 metres up the road. (if you get to the Toolleen pub, you've gone 1.5km too far)

From Melbourne
Toolleen Country Retreat is about 90 minutes from the centre of Melbourne, and an easy trip on the way up to Echuca.
Head north up the Hume, taking the turn off at Wallan towards Echuca. After passing through Heathcote, we are merely 14 minutes away heading up to the right, towards Echuca signs.
Turn left at the Toolleen-Axedale Road, and we are simply the first private road on the left (1.5km from the pub), and then 600 metres up the road.

From Echuca
Head south through Elmore, and head towards Heathcote.
Turn right at the Toolleen-Axedale Road, and we are simply the first private road on the left, and then 600 metres up the road.
